My aim is to retire from fulltime work before I hit my mid-30s and spend my spare time working on open source projects. That, and creative writing endeavours.
Prior to fulltime employment, I worked at university computer labs as a helldesk pleb and tech support.
I have been using Unix since the early 90s, and I got started on Linux around 1993. My first exposure to computers was when I was very young (about 11 IIRC) and my first computer was a C64 where I first played the Zork trilogy. My current machine is a Thinkpad 600E running Debian with an SE Linux kernel. I am married to a Linux guru, so I'm surrounded by Linux 24/7. And... loving it!
